Return Policy

We are unable to process refunds or exchanges.
We offer store credit only.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages/Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ALL PRODUCTS & PROGRAMS ARE FINAL SALE.

All workout accessories/equipment flash sale, and sale items (Black Friday + Cyber Monday) are FINAL SALE.

  • You have 14 days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return.
  • We require a packing slip or proof of purchase to complete your return.
  • Customers are only allowed one credit. Once issued a store credit, that item is now final sale.

Upon receiving and inspecting your items, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or denied.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item is not in its original packaging, your return will be denied, and your item(s) will be shipped back to you.
  • Shortly after we receive your return, you will receive a store credit via email if your item(s) have been approved. If your order is denied we will notify you as well.
